Senior Manager - Sales - IT Infrastructure/Enterprise Network Product (6-8 yrs)

- Strategically working mainly with Enterprise Accounts with experience in IT Infrastructure Sales/ Enterprise Network Product Sales.

- Experience into SI Industry & Other OEMs Exposure.

- Responsible for acquiring and developing new business through team.

- Responsible for achieving gross margin and team sales target.

- Conduct research to identify potential new markets, competitor's activity and customer needs.

- Managing product portfolio, pitching right product after analysing customer requirement.

- Build long-term relationships, enhancing revenue and new orders from existing customers.

- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.

- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.

- Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.

- Monitoring team performance through regular performance evaluation (if applicable).

- Excellent verbal and written communication with convincing skills.
