Nothing to dislike but few points to point 1.Work load is high in some projects which leads to work on weekends. 2. Promotion/Increment cycle is not as per the Company policy. Employees may face delay in the increment cycle. Rest all is Good👍

Initial Salary hike you get is good but it totally depends on project so no general way for this.

Employee's situation and condition dont matter they only order you to do this and do that. If you are not localite you will face many problems

...f return to work which is discriminatory towards female (especially married). Bad salary structure: 1. 3 variable components 2. Leave encashments are part of CTC (18 yearly leaves, no PL, CL etc.) 3. All the benefits are part of CT Appraisals are generally delayed by 6-8 months. Some managers exhibit really toxic behaviour: 1. Excessive micro management. 2. Asking married females to not get pregnant in appraisal meetings. 3. Underpaid work in personal projects A lot of unskilled and toxic managers are kind of permanent and you will have very few growth options.

Work Culture is great, the compensation and benefits needs to be improved. Since its a service based company, there are times when work satisfaction is hindered.

Career Growth and Opportunities needs to be improved for the employees. The company needs to bring more products in the market.

I would like to raise some concerns regarding the recent appraisal process and the overall structure of salary and benefits. Firstly, the appraisal felt lacking in transparency and clarity. There was little communication about the specific criteria used for evaluation, and as a result, it was difficult to understand how certain decisions were made. This lack of clear guidelines has left me feeling undervalued and uncertain about my growth within the company. Additionally, the compensation and benefits package does not seem competitive compared to industry standards. There has been little adjustment in salary despite increased responsibilities and contributions. This situation affects motivation and morale, as it feels like the effort put in is not being adequately recognized or rewarded.
