There's nothing we can like about Sify...as work life balance and salary hikes as per caliber are poorest.

What we north Indians really greatly dislike about Sify, Chennai is they treat you aslike furniture once you get older in Sify...also appraisal cycle sucks everytime as if more efforts you show them too & also the biased for north Indians are especially everyone will face and we can't grow at heights to some promotion too due office politics of South people here.

Nothing to like. I wasted my precious 15 days. I have to quit and take a break for 3 months to cool down. Hiring and onboarding is the good part. HR will walk you through the work location and once they hand over you to the department, that it. The HR team is nice.

In Department. They do not have a welcoming nature. If you are a new joiner, you shouldn't expect that. They won't introduce anyone and directly will share with you the worst KB documents. So from next week, you are expected to fly. The manager M.a.n.o.j is a psychopath. He doesn't like new joiners since he is getting paid less than the new joiners. And his manager R.a.m.e.s.h is a yeller. He does not know outside culture. He literally expected donkeys not employees. They are not good leaders, they behave like bosses. I quit after 2 weeks since I valued my self-respect and dignity. I took 3 months break to cool down. I regret my decision to join Sify. Maybe other departments are good....Read More
