No work life balance No work from home option No good infrastructure and cafeteria at Hyderabad location Mandatorily have to stay at work area(no breaks included) for 7 hours. Less hours will get LOP email.

The company has no work culture and lacks any employee policies, worst place to work, zero job security. They can fire any time without serving notice period even the won't give one week time. Forcing employees to submit resignation emails under duress. Over the past three months more than 1000 EMPLOYEES are FIRED. Avoid joining this company. They are using your relieving and final settlement as blackmail to pressure you. One thing I dislike about working here is the fast-paced environment, which can be a bit overwhelming at times. Deadlines can also be tight, leading to some stress. It would be helpful to have more regular feedback to keep everyone aligned.

The job is not secure, and employees have to worry about losing their jobs every second. There are no positive feedbacks, only negative ones. The work environment seems to be highly stressful and uncertain, with constant fear of termination among the employees.

No job security, they made you sign offer letter in which there is 6 months of probation period and they can terminate you in this period and you can’t leave the company you have to pay 10% of ctc or the last 3 months salary whichever will be highest and the worst part is company can remove you any moment the project got finished or completed. Managers treat you like s.l.a.v.e no work life balance, especially the TA team is worst to work with managers doesn't have any managerial or leadership qualities he just wants party from his team for every Little thing he literally begs for drinks and food no professionalism. Entire management is useless if female employee is harrassed they don't take any action they just care about their company reputation.
