Nothing, work life balance is really bad to start with. You are forced to spend 8 hours inside the office, you get an LOP if you do not fulfill this. They use active track, prohence tracker to track activity on screen and if you are not on productivity apps you get a LOP again. If you are away from your laptop for more than 15 minutes you have to choose a drop down for what was the reason and then based on that prohence will count that time as productive or unporductive. They have a hire and fire policy. They hire for short term projects and remove people for cost cutting very frequently. Some people were removed on one day notice within 3 months of their joining. There are no increments, 3-6 percent increments is their standard. You are shifted from project to project so that you do not create dependency in the project. As you become senior you are fired as they can hire low salary, less experienced resources. There is nothing to learn in management roles especially product management as this is a service company and you just do the clerical work of writing user story documents only. Ha Ha Ha Ha I really thinking for the past 1 year about what is good at this company. May the sword will always be on your head to through you out from the company so that eventually you will work more. Let's say 16/17 hours a day. They are really worried about your health so they will ask to work at the weekend so that you will not spoil your health at the party on the weekend. They don't want you to be stuck in traffic so they will ask you to stay late at night in the office. They really care about your career so they always ensure you focus on the work and will not have enough time for your personal problems. They also care about doctors in Bangalore, so they really ensure that you have at least monthly visits there. In WLB, L is silent. If you are frustrated with your wife, at least you should join because Photon will help you to get rid of your wife. And there are many more. So join the company and experience the adventure as we at Photon experiencing....Read More
