No Job security - they relieved me on the same day without prior intimation they could have intimate me one month before, Short term projects, Long working hours - ends up in late nights , we needs to work a lot after onsite calls which would happen on evenings, Work pressure more in almost all client projects

The company is not employee oriented company. They just money minded.. they hire for Billing purpose only.. they has supporting projects only no new projects.. so they hire u for just 2-6 months of the project. If supports ends they allegedly tell you to put paper.. they didn't even give notice period.. no benching also.. so whatever you heard about this company that's all true.. Worst company I have ever seen. They will release the offer and at the date of joining, they will ask us to return back by saying silly reasons. Don't ever accept the Photon's offer, Even if you accept, Don't prefer to join this company. They will play a nice game in your career if you think to join this company.

The company has no work culture and lacks any employee policies, worst place to work, zero job security. They can fire any time without serving notice period even the won't give one week time. Forcing employees to submit resignation emails under duress. Over the past three months more than 1000 EMPLOYEES are FIRED. Avoid joining this company. They are using your relieving and final settlement as blackmail to pressure you.
