I had a rough experience with my manager. Their mindset felt outdated. Our team was constantly micromanaged. We were also monitored during our breaks. Casual chats were not allowed between colleagues. Under my manager's supervision, I completely lost my confidence. I was frequently manipulated and gaslighted during work. For example, they constantly blew tiny issues out of proportion and disregarded our attempts to create a more organised and manageable workspace. As a result, my team members and I felt like we were walking on eggshells around them. I had an experience where my manager crossed personal boundaries in front of others (i.e. physically interacting with me in an uncomfortable way), which made me feel disrespected and unsettled. However, they brushed it off as 'being playful'. Our one-on-one sessions were unproductive and did not focus on proposing effective solutions, considering all my negative experiences, I was pushed to file an official complaint with HR. However, HR refused to offer a proper solution or accept my immediate reassignment of teams. Although I'd expressed my intention to speak separately with HR, I was made to reiterate the complaints in front of my manager. This was a very uncomfortable experience. Moreover, I'd repeatedly presented proof of my work during the complaint, However, the focus was shifted to my 'poor performance', which was never mentioned before this incident. Ultimately, HR told me that I wasn't 'strong enough' to handle a manager like them. My negative experience with the manager and HR exposed a significant institutional failure that continues to allow harmful behaviour in the workplace, leaving employees vulnerable to mistreatment by their direct supervisors. Lastly, I also learned that nine employees had quit the same team under the same manager's supervision in under a year. Like the previous employees, I also had to resign. Talent nurturing team is pinpointing and create a big problem for silly things...they know they understand very much, but they didn't know even 0.0001 percent...they gives fake smile and thought themselves like kind but they are absolutely not...

Management is extremely good. Good hikes Good in terms of treating employees. Aspire celebrate their success with employees by giving them coupouns and bonus. Company really treat you like you are their family. Management helped a lot of employees and their families with jobs during covid times. (Company with great values)

Freshers will get opportunities and can learn on contract basis In current situation the company is running by the freshers For a contract of 3 years

Won't get promotion easily descrimination is there Employees are coming there by reference will get oppertunity easily but by own experience you won't get it there Current management is working on the basis of reference so qualified people's are less comparatively

- Only pro is hardly you will have to work for 3-4 hrs

- Pathetic set of HR's. They will be nice to you initially but will show their true colours after you leave. - Project manager wont do any duties. A BA/Senior BA will have to every work , he will just be there in client calls (this i experienced in one of the projects of JHA) - Very less base salary way below market standards. and hike of 4-6% - Increased Notice to 90 days so that less employees leave, and there is a HR from Kochi who will eventually bully you that you wont get service certificates or relieving letter , due to which employees get scared and wont leave....Read More
