ServiceNow Portal Developer

Job Description:

• We are seeking a skilled and experienced ServiceNow Portal Developer with a strong background in developing and customizing ServiceNow Service Portals.
• The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the ServiceNow platform, JavaScript, and web development technologies, coupled with a passion for delivering user-friendly and efficient solutions.???

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain custom ServiceNow Service Portals, ensuring a seamless user experience.?
• Customize and configure ServiceNow widgets, pages, and themes using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AngularJS.?
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.?
• Integrate Service Portals with other ServiceNow modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Knowledge Management.?
• Implement responsive design principles to ensure compatibility across various devices and browsers.?
• Optimize portal performance and troubleshoot issues to enhance usability and functionality.?
• Create and maintain technical documentation for developed solutions.? Stay updated on ServiceNow platform enhancements and best practices to recommend improvements.?

Required Skills and Qualifications:?

Experience:

Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow, including at least 2-3 years focusing on Service Portal development.?

Technical Skills:?

• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, AngularJS, and Bootstrap.?
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform, including Glide scripting and ServiceNow APIs.? Experience with UI/UX principles and designing intuitive interfaces.?
• Familiarity with ServiceNow configuration and customization (catalog items, workflows, and automation).?
• Tools: Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and debugging tools.? Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.?
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
