Internal Politics. If you want the project at Gurgaon then you have to clean the shoes of your top management else you will remain on bench :(

They are not hire and fire company, Its a definitly a stable one . Just one little advice , don't sit back in any job for long. As its not good for you

Dislikes

You would not get good opportunities and projects unitill you have good relation with your manager. If he doesn't like you then only God can help you. They open new ventures / Offices with high hopes but not able to maintain that much.
