There is nothing to like. Every November they layoffs employees. They offered good salary(which end up becoming the reason for layoffs), other then that this company is the worst organization I have seen in my entrire career. If you are the only earner of your family like me please stay away from this toxic organization, otherwise you will end up in despression. Sometime I feel like suing them for making my life and career unstable. They have no clearity where the organization is headed, I joined GEP with high hopes since its a product based organization, I thought work environment will be different, but they are working like any other service based organization. You end up working for long hours also on weekends. Even after giving your more than 100% they will lay you off easily without any prior intimation. They over committed the clients and have set some unrealistic expectation and ends up taking more than what their plates can hold. There are few directors here which I don't know what they are even doing in the organization they are nothing but bunch of clowns. instead of removing employees who are working hard with dedication please remove those higher management clowns. I am highly disappointed with the labour law of our country, these laws are agaisnt employee and for the benefit of toxic organization like GEP who plays with people life and career. I would request anyone reading my comment please start raising your voice against such toxic organization and force our government to make changes in the labour law, if you see the laws in the western country they are for the benefit of employees....Read More

After laying off employee, two days later they threw a lavish parties in 5 stars, they have money for parties and money to pay higher management clowns, but to the ones who are doing the actual work they are kicking them out.

I have been working in GEP US for more than 5 years in TSO. 1. Work is good however management is bad. 2.maximum team is based out of India so expect early start of days. 3. If you are person who likes to work between Indians then this is the place for you, there is diversity only on consulting side. 4. Products are average - withexperience of more than 10 years in this industry, I have seen better products. 5. Customer is God! If they tell you to bend down, you have to bend down. Saying no will lead to layoff. 6. For juniors, excellent place to start their careers. 7. Flexible work timings - which means you end up working for more than 13 hours daily....Read More

1) TSO leadership believes in pure politics and there is no transparency within the team. 2) Promotions and bonuses are decided on dinner tables during team outings. 3) There is no freedom of speech or POV unless you are director level or above. 4) Unprofessional environment where peers will tell you to refer to them as Mam/Sir basis on age difference. 5) Employees having visa restrictions are stuck here and management ensures to make you aware of this time and again. 6) Before joining this company, forget what's mentioned in your job description, you need to do everything that your management says. 7) Employees who sustain for more than 3 years (which is rare) in this company are appreciated on quarterly basis. 8) For TSOs there is only 1 HR who deals with all employees and she favors with leadership hence it's no point even bringing up anything to the HR. 9) There is completely opposite work culture in its India branch - which is a much better place to work....Read More

Gep is really good organization working culture is very good over amazing part is 360 degree reviews. Promotion and appraisal is not upto the mark need to struggle more for that. As per the knowledge part and projects handling and client handling was a great experience for me. Apart from work social activity and fun was also best part of the organization.

Dislikes

Parental Mediclaim insurance is not free over here getting cut from our salary and in that also their is copayment of 10 percent. Salary is not as per the current market standard appraisal and promotion process is good but figure as equal are bad. Else really good organization for work.

Timings are little flexible, my slot is 11 to 8pm. You can go & come little late. Managers won't pressure you so much. You can learn from seniors very much. Atmosphere is very good. Events like Sports, other stuff are conducted. We can enjoy if we form a good batch.
