HRs and Upper management have various issues. They will laugh you off if you to them with problems. WLL is one of the worst here. Typical work day is 11 to 12 hours. Most weekends are working weekends.

Lots of responsibilities given to an individual which helps one to grow in career. Everything on talent basis, if you are on lower position but good in leading you can lead a team, it helps to learn quickly in career. Good work culture, can take leaves as in when you want and many other leave options present. Employees are trusted for their work instead of micro management.

Appraisals at senior level are just peanuts. Even though, your all round feedback would be awsome. Some legacy systems generating lot of bugs everytime, half of time developer spend on same. Dry promotions, you will be given bigger responsibilities but no increase in title or compensation for same.
