HRs and Upper management have various issues. They will laugh you off if you to them with problems. WLL is one of the worst here. Typical work day is 11 to 12 hours. Most weekends are working weekends.

Dislikes

They delay joining at the last working day of previous company, so you will be jobless for some days. They won't be providing you the compensation for the delayed joining. After joining you'll keep Getting warnings about being fired, too much work with less time, almost need to work every weekend, and 12+ hours daily. Environment is always down but need output.
