There is absolutely nothing to like about this company at all.Not one thing that I can think of. Horrible management worst appraisals No learning at all

This is the most horrible company that I was a part of throughout my career. There is not one think to like about working here. They make you over work and they underpay you. They make you work on weekends on ur days off when ur sick and also when ur on vacation they will call you. And even after giving your 1000% to the company what you get in return is 2-5 % appraisal , no work life balance no promotions no team activities . Even on working late past 12 in the night they do not bother to make sure a female employee reaches home safely. The worst and most horrible part is when after working efficiently and consistently they will terminate you over a 15 minutes call without giving any prior notice. Worst company culture, it is typical Indian mentality product company. There is no personal life after joining this company, had to work for 14 ,15 hour day. Not supportive team. Manager and product analyst commit work to clients without asking technical thing with team. Then playing blame game.
