Only good is Work from home but internet allowance is pathetic provided here. No other positives as such.

There is always a low staffing due to which the work load is high, unreasonable preassure by management. Most of the team leads and managers are from call centre background and implements same mentality. No defined process to manage the ticket and call flow. GEP product is highly unstable due to which clients are always unsatisfied. Bad and cheap politics where seniors do not share knowledge

Senior team members are pathetic. Every senior member will try to put their workload on you. Lots and lots of politics.
