Flexible working hours allows employees to adjust their personal commitments either in the morning or after office as per their convenience. This is the benefit you get over here. Employees can be seen making use of it. That includes me as well.

In covid pandemic times, working from the home came as a new learning experience for all of us. At first, we had many questions related to our routine task proceedings, communication, daily project meetings and much many things. But these concerns of ours were not held for long. Our seniors and HR personnel guided us well throughoutthe WFH term and helped us on every needed interval. Also, company gave us essential resources to work remotely, so nothing remains to complain.
