Everything goes here in a planned way. Seniors are very systematic with their routine chores and so as they direct us to be the same way. Management is very conscious about us all; whenever possible, they meet us and direct us well. It’s amazing to see management being so in touch with its employees. We share good bond with all. It feels great to be a part of such big family.

Flexible working hours allows employees to adjust their personal commitments either in the morning or after office as per their convenience. This is the benefit you get over here. Employees can be seen making use of it. That includes me as well.

Experience - 5.9 Tech - React.js CTC- 13LPA Current company - TCS Offer in the process - Nagarro (19LPA) My LWD is 24th May, but I told Nagarro I can be released in 30 days. Now, should I: 1. Be honest and say I can join on 25th May? 2. Commit to 25th April and request a DOJ extension later?(By telling them some emergency) Q1). If I choose option 1, is there a risk they won’t release the offer?(As I am being hired for a particular project, so will they go for some immediate candidates?) Q2). If I choose option 2, could they revoke the offer?(As the HR told changing the DOJ in released offer letter is not possible
