The specialty of this workplace is that you can experience multi-dimensional growth all through. Along the course you will end up with different skill-set. If such is the case then it is always exciting to work. You will be made accountable & responsible for certain things. This helped to discover the management side in me. Good mates & a good equation with them is what I enjoy

Company has a flat organizational structure with no hierarchy barrier. It helps to get work done quickly. It’s the best thing where you get to connect and communicate with one another without creating any fuss.

In covid pandemic times, working from the home came as a new learning experience for all of us. At first, we had many questions related to our routine task proceedings, communication, daily project meetings and much many things. But these concerns of ours were not held for long. Our seniors and HR personnel guided us well throughoutthe WFH term and helped us on every needed interval. Also, company gave us essential resources to work remotely, so nothing remains to complain. Benefits like “Broadband reimbursement” is really useful when we are working from home. This way, we get our money spent on the broadband bill back. Some of my friends from other companies have to shell it from their pocket itself. So, this benefit is anytime better!
