Feeling Stuck in the same company, Exp. people please answer
I have been working in the stainless steel pipe industry in B2B sales for the past 5 years as an ASM. However, I feel stuck due to low pay (₹4.6 LPA). My financial condition is okay, but I am hesitant to switch jobs because I worry about the work culture in a new company and how I will adjust if it is not good. I have received an offer from a small organization (a trader) with a better pay scale, but they do not provide benefits like PF, salary slips, or other basic facilities that my current company offers. Should I join this organization or wait for another opportunity? Please guide me. Also, if you have any references that could help me get a better opportunity with a salary hike, I would appreciate it. Would you like advice on this situation?

I feel you yrr! 4.6 LPA is a bit low considering your experience but the new offer seems risky without benefits🧐

If you go to a small trader now, it would be very difficult to join a bigger brand later. You have been in a company for 5 years, any corporate HR will value that. Change is the only constant, and in age where internet is free, it is not hard to find out a company's culture before joining. I suggest you stay a bit and look for better opportunities if you want a brand. But if you want to do business in the future, nothing a better than a small place where the proprietor will himself mentor you.
