The management is very caring towards its employees. The office premises is situated in heart of the city, reducing the travel time. The employees here are very friendly. the management tries its best to take care of the employees well. also they expect quality work from all the employees. To make sure employees don't get stress out the management conducts celebration events frequently.

Senior level management is not good, No growth, no work life balance. sometime you need to work on Sunday also but you will not get salary for that.

In few project you will get good team made but all meetings are happing in Tamil only if you don't know Tamil then it's really difficult to serve here. No facilities.

Don't expect anything related to outing & team lunch. No team outings, no free food, No Gymnasium. the will provide only health insurance for your parents. But there are lot of opportunity with onside in few project.
