Job Title : Salesforce Technical Architect

Job Location : Jaipur

Experience Range - 9 to 12 years

Key Responsibilities :

- Define and develop a comprehensive Salesforce governance roadmap aligned with business objectives.

- Identify and prioritize key governance initiatives, including data governance, security, org monitoring, release management, and more.

- Lead the planning and execution of governance projects, ensuring timely delivery and successful outcomes.

- Provide expert guidance on Salesforce architecture, including best practices, design patterns, and integration strategies.

- Ensure that all Salesforce solutions adhere to established architectural principles and industry standards.

- Review and approve technical designs to ensure they are aligned with governance guidelines and meet performance, scalability, and security requirements.

- Lead and mentor junior Salesforce developers and administrators.

- Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment.

- Guide and support Agile SCRUM teams in implementing and adhering to governance best practices.

- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including business users, technical teams, and senior management.

- Drive change management initiatives to ensure successful adoption of governance policies and procedures.

- Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the Salesforce governance framework.

- Identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes to optimize the Salesforce ecosystem.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 9 to 12 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and other relevant modules.

- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and integration technologies (REST API, SOAP API, etc.

- Proven experience in designing, developing, and implementing complex Salesforce solutions.

- Expertise in Salesforce administration, including user management, data management, security, and customization.

- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce best practices, security standards, and data governance principles.-

- Experience with Agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
