What You'll Do :

- Test Smart & Effectively : Design, execute, and automate test cases for Salesforce solutions to ensure seamless functionality and performance.

- Collaborate & Deliver : Work closely with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure the alignment of solutions with business requirements.

- Identify & Solve Issues : Detect bugs, analyze root causes, and ensure timely resolutions to maintain top-notch system reliability.

- Enhance Processes : Continuously improve testing processes and frameworks to optimize quality assurance practices.

- Document & Report : Create detailed test plans, reports, and documentation to ensure clarity and traceability.

What You Bring to the Table :

- 3-8 years of experience in QA testing, with at least 3 years focused on Salesforce solutions.

- Strong expertise in manual and automation testing for Salesforce applications (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.

- Experience with test automation tools like Selenium, Provar, or similar tools is highly preferred.

- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and ability to test complex workflows, integrations, and APIs.

- Proven ability to write SQL queries for data validation and testing.

- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams.

- Salesforce certifications like Salesforce Administrator or App Builder are a big plus.

- Exceptional analytical skills and a detail-oriented approach to problem-solving.
