Key Requirements :

Salesforce Experience : Proficiency in Salesforce Classic and Lightning.

Object Testing : Hands-on with Sales and Marketing Cloud objects (e.g, Lead, Account, Opportunity, Order, Service Contract).

Service Requests : Experience with 850, 851, 852, 854, 855.

Automation Skills : Strong in Selenium + Java.

Bonus : Netsuite experience.

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce QA Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Salesforce, automation testing, and quality assurance methodologies.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure the quality of Salesforce implementations.

- Execute functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing. Identify, document, and track defects.

- Collaborate with development teams to resolve issues promptly.

- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium and Java. Optimize test automation frameworks for efficiency and reliability.

- Execute automated tests to ensure regression coverage.

- Demonstrate proficiency in Salesforce Classic and Lightning platforms.

- Gain hands-on experience with core Sales and Marketing Cloud objects (Lead, Account, Opportunity, Order, Service Contract).

- Understand the intricacies of Service Requests, particularly 850, 851, 852, 854, and 855. Adhere to industry best practices and standards for quality assurance.

- Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Skills and Qualification :

- 5-8 years of experience in software quality assurance.

- Strong proficiency in Salesforce, including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

- Hands-on experience with Selenium and Java for automation testing.

- In-depth knowledge of testing methodologies and techniques.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Experience with NetSuite is a plus.
