Career growth is not great. Unless you perform exceedingly well, you can expect very slow growth/ promotions on an average. This might also be related to office politics. You need to have an extremely good rapport with you reporting manager to move ahead in your career here. Salaries offered are also quite low compared to the marketstandards and appraisal hikes are negligible even for junior roles. Appreciations are also fairly less unless you are working on something brilliant and out-of-the-box or driving in huge revenue and acquire new clients for the company.
