I love working with ltimindtree because it gives lot of learning opportunities in multiple tool.
I am having concern regarding the holiday calendar we are following that is American but I am working from India. Allmost every day I have to extend my shift time. There is huge gap between manager and me . He don't have time to discuss with me about the issue I m facing at workplace.

The organisation gave me the opportunity to become an experienced guy from a nobody, i.e. Fresher. I learnt a lot from my colleagues as well as seniors. It shaped me to become what I am today, i.e. Talentedš . Overall, I thank Ltimindtee for everything. When no one was accepting a fresher with a year gap, they accepted me.
Salary appraisals should be better as compared to other organisations. Organisation pay less and expect more from the individual which is wrong. They should push freshers more financially. Because of salary appraisals, people are leaving the organisation.

It keeps tests (coderpad test)on our primary skills, which is very useful thing.

Work life balance. Culture is good. Work load is less which will help you to focus on building skills in free time other than project work. Various good training are available.
Job security is less. If you are on the bench for more than 2 months than they will forcefully ask you to resign and leave the organization within 1 month. Projects are not really good here as per my experience. You won't achieve personal growth in this company.
