Micromanagement and no Hybrid policy. I was told when I joined that it was hybrid but that soon changed. In service desk there should be flexibility to work from home too at least 2 days a week when you really don’t have to deal with clients personal information

No work life balance, no hikes ,no growth, forcing to come 5days office even on weekends. Rotational shift. They force to come to office even on odd shifts. They don't consider for female employee also. Made wrong decision to join here.
