Company has a good work culture with good people to work with. Most clients are MNCs across verticals & works across a breadth of logos & tech stack so provides good wholesome experience & learning. Provides flexibilities to move across job & career tracks. Has a robust talent framework & training mechanism to help associates upskill & cross skill.

Dislikes

Lot of recent org changes, M&A has created some internal disparities which needs management attention to iron out ASAP.

There are no clear roadmap and guidance on the Career growth and roadmap. We are loosing more talented associates than the poor performers. This is giving opportunities for the other set of team members to stay back here just to sustain the situation. We are operating the same for the past 4 years. Micromanagement and no Hybrid policy. I was told when I joined that it was hybrid but that soon changed. In service desk there should be flexibility to work from home too at least 2 days a week when you really don’t have to deal with clients personal information
