Talent Acquisition team plays with candidate career, they take interview for one role and place candidate in a lower role everytime. HR do not response properly as well. Managers are not co-operative. No human emotions in LTI management. People are not getting leaves if they are unwell. L&T and LTIMindtree is totally different in terms of their work culture and employee job security. Don't go just for the sake of L&T. They only say we are doing hybrid mode but the people are not getting even one of WFH even they are sick. For me they took interview for Billing Supervisor and provided role for Sr. Billing Analyst by saying they don't have Supervisor role at the last moment and ask to leave if you can't continue. They don't provide hike as well to any employee HR only say they will provide but at last moment they ditch the employees.
