You can change your skillsets if there is a requirement. Promotions are easy till C4 if you are above average. Policies are people friendly and there is work life balance but then it also depends on your Manager and how you can strictly say NO. Learning policy is good but then you need various levels of approvals and the amount of certification will be recovered if you leave in 6 months from the reimbursement. All my clients across 4 projects were super chilled who give you generous amount of time to complete a task unless ofcourse your Manager messes that up for you....Read More

Hike. In past 5 years with 2 promotions my CTC increased by just 50% from initial CTC and was the lowest among the same grade. WFH policy b4 covid was just on paper. The manager just wont let you take it. If you are a person who cannot say NO to late night calls and weekend calls from your seniors you will lose your mind working 24/7. Despite all the work you do all you get is 2%-3% more than the average performers. Along with no appreciation but complaints about how you just worked for 16 hrs in a day while your colleagues worked for 18. Thankfully, I wasnt among them, the result of which was extremely poor hike. Even though clients are super chilled, the Managers will convince them that the work will be completed in 1/4th of the given time, thereby creating pressure on developers. Working at Mindtree, no one cares about you even you are sick, need to work and health insurance policy is really bad they have given some third party salary is not up to the mark

It depends on the project you get deployed into. Overall I would say that the company is well aligned to serve it clients at the best including cross training if the skillset is missing the candidate as well. The Org keeps well focussed on the employee concerns and tries to address them in the best way it can.

It is a very short time to comment on it.

The job is quite good and yes stuggle is definitely there at every job and so it is here as well. But over the period of time it gets reduced when we are well aware of the project.
