Policies are not employee orientated. Work mode is not employee orientated. You have to find a project by yourself to work on. It is hard to reach to manager or HR. Despite of so many pings and emails, I'm not getting response on time. Job security is not good.

sick leave policy- it states that sick leaves can be raised only if you have doctor's certificate. Now is doctor going to provide me sick leave certificate if I am on my periods or for a back/stomach ache,Also appraisal cycle policy is worst since the merger of LTI Mindtree. The arrears are not given for 4-5 months and appraisals are done after almost 1.5 years.. that too of max 8 % for star performer...Read More

Job security is too bad. Once a project is done and employee is on pool, every second there remains a terror of losing job. Every concerned person related to project allocation seems to threatening in every single conversation. Fake assistance provided for project. No promotions.

Nothing .. no one replying you over email also.. getting project is one of the difficult.. they don’t have enough project but they hiring tons of resources and at the end they will give you the project of different skill.. if you ask them to release then they will not reply you back .. if you don’t follow their words then they will not approve your timesheet.. so before joining thing twice

It keeps tests (coderpad test)on our primary skills, which is very useful thing.

Dislikes

If new joinee doesn't allocated in a project, then it is organization fault. I don't understand why they are forcing us to resign from the company. This is the biggest dislike that many of the employees facing there.

How much you work doesnt matter the mangers here will never be satisfied.They themselves are absolutely of no use and expect from us to work 90 hours a week.

Work life balance. Culture is good. Work load is less which will help you to focus on building skills in free time other than project work. Various good training are available.

Dislikes

Job security is less. If you are on the bench for more than 2 months than they will forcefully ask you to resign and leave the organization within 1 month. Projects are not really good here as per my experience. You won't achieve personal growth in this company.
