No user friendly systems. Employees are not encouraged by BU awards. No HR is meeting it's BU. Keeping resigned resources and newly hired ones as a cost. If no work is allocated by company or if a person is not playing a big role, the release should be done in 15 days along with paying compensation of earned leaves

In LTIMindtree, there is flexibility in work and team is cooperative and approachable.

Dislikes

Multiple changes in appraisal cycle in past 2-3 years. Compensation benefits is not much satisfactory, extra perks not available. Deductions are more and in hand salary is less.

I like the Hybrid work policy that's currently in place, gives me flexibility to work and maintain work life balance.

Dislikes

I dislike the Sick leave policy, which is only useful for very few rare situations, hence lacking empathy towards people who may fall sick for just one day (which is mostly the case) and this forces us to use our Annual leaves instead, which is not fair. The pay is not up to market standards as well, wish that was corrected.

Provides a fantastic opportunity to work in hybrid mode, which has been helpful for many of us. LTIMindtree ensures we have ample of opportunities to learn new techniques related to our skills by providing necessary trainings. For our new mothers, the company offer Flexible work timings OR the option of work from home until the kids turn 1 yr old.

Dislikes

i feel it would be beneficial for the company to be more considerate and flexible in providing work from home option to more employees based on the individual need.

Good hiring process, you get hired immediately and company does not waste time on issuing the offer letters. Offices are standardized and you receive good gifts from the company.

Dislikes

No skip level meetings, no transperancy of work to the senior managers and management, poor appraisals, logged in after the shift timings 3-4 times in a week. Work dissatisfaction and bad culture. If any candidate is joined on contract, then the candidate is kept on contract for atleast 3-4 years, later you are hired as a retainer employee (where the employee and employer PF is not being contributed) and the candidate is kept on retainer for 2-3 years. After merger company culture is completely failed. We thought the L&T is taking care their employees bit it's not like that. And Management is completely telling their employees to leave if you don't like the work culture. This is the current situation.

Policies are not employee orientated. Work mode is not employee orientated. You have to find a project by yourself to work on. It is hard to reach to manager or HR. Despite of so many pings and emails, I'm not getting response on time. Job security is not good.

sick leave policy- it states that sick leaves can be raised only if you have doctor's certificate. Now is doctor going to provide me sick leave certificate if I am on my periods or for a back/stomach ache,Also appraisal cycle policy is worst since the merger of LTI Mindtree. It keeps tests (coderpad test)on our primary skills, which is very useful thing.

If new joinee doesn't allocated in a project, then it is organization fault. I don't understand why they are forcing us to resign from the company. This is the biggest dislike that many of the employees facing there.
