I really appreciate the excellent cooperation and support I have received from my seniors. The guidance has been instrumental in my growth, both professionally and personally. The collaborative environment here has allowed me to develop my skills and take on new challenges with confidence.
I believe the onboarding process could be improved. New employees often face challenges such as a lack of coordination, not receiving their joining kit or laptop on time, and insufficient information about their business unit or project. Additionally, it would be beneficial if there were more personal interactions to help new hires feel welcomed and integrated into the team.

Inside company always plays politics and if we come to bench then gone, we are struggling to get project. We have to begging to the Work Force management to show projects, I never seen this type of culture in any company, ideally if the person come to bench they have to assign projects to people, forcefully they are moving people's to outside.
