I really appreciate the excellent cooperation and support I have received from my seniors. The guidance has been instrumental in my growth, both professionally and personally. The collaborative environment here has allowed me to develop my skills and take on new challenges with confidence.
I believe the onboarding process could be improved. New employees often face challenges such as a lack of coordination, not receiving their joining kit or laptop on time, and insufficient information about their business unit or project. Additionally, it would be beneficial if there were more personal interactions to help new hires feel welcomed and integrated into the team.

No work life balance, no hikes ,no growth, forcing to come 5days office even on weekends. Rotational shift. They force to come to office even on odd shifts. They don't consider for female employee also. Made wrong decision to join here.
