Being a fresher joiner i had a great experience of working and exposure of working in banking domain and projects are good, if you are a developer u will get good hands on working tasks.

Dislikes

Only drawback I faced was regarding salary increment percentage

Which Company Should I join?

I have received offer from 3 companies namely---> Hexaware, TCS and LTI and each respectively for 4lpa, 3.4lpa and 4lpa. But I am confused which one should I take people say I should prefer TCS but the pay is not high and I've also heard that there is benching period with no proper hike and once someone leaves TCS they can never join back. Coming back to Hexaware I have not received proper offer letter but just a letter of intent, and LTI has a good pay comparatively but I know nothing about the compnay and their work culture.

It's all depends upon project we got.cnt give assurance whether you will get project matching with your skill sets or not.

Dislikes

One should have capability to drive all the task of projects independently..we will.not get any support help from management but you will get demotivation from seniors.😜.. If they found you are not completing target as per there estimate they will throw you..this happened.with our team
