Dislikes

I Don't like their way of Cost cutting and they don't even manage the rapo with client. They will ask us to schedule a meeting with client Manager to discuss about PMO and employee contract status. There is a team that will look at only money not even bother about the Employee and client Understandability.

Which Company Should I join?

I have received offer from 3 companies namely---> Hexaware, TCS and LTI and each respectively for 4lpa, 3.4lpa and 4lpa. But I am confused which one should I take people say I should prefer TCS but the pay is not high and I've also heard that there is benching period with no proper hike and once someone leaves TCS they can never join back. Coming back to Hexaware I have not received proper offer letter but just a letter of intent, and LTI has a good pay comparatively but I know nothing about the compnay and their work culture.
