I think it is one of the best companies for freshers. It provides really good learning opportunities. I never got a chance to even experience bench in my over 5 years of experience.

Dislikes

In recent past there have been many changes in the company. Few are good and few are really bad. I think that is with every company. These changes have taken away the charm of L&T. So it is at par with other top 5 IT companies in India except employee's policies. It is really a big deal to get your work done on time when it comes tomanagement part. They are slow to respond. This may be attributed to increased work pressure, I guess. There is low transparency in appraisal process. Job security was scaring this financial year. Work environment depends on the nature of project you are allocated to. So if you are really willing to improve yourself technically without much botheration about compensation and that too continuously then this might be a good choice otherwise definitely a big NO....Read More
