should provide flexibility for Hybrid approach..need to review the HR policies especially on Sick leaves.. there is only option to apply minimum 3 days of sick with the help of medical certificate.. normally cold & fever will be one or two days and it is not required to get in hospitalized and get the certificate.. please look into this as work life balance pespective

1. Power is fully under the project managers and they themselves believe that Technical people can't manage things. 2. Even though you are P5 or P6, there are less chance that you will not get reportees under you. 3. Middle level managers are more interested in becoming Managers than leaders. 4. Managers will make sure that technical people wont get visibility.

Micromanagement and no Hybrid policy. I was told when I joined that it was hybrid but that soon changed. In service desk there should be flexibility to work from home too at least 2 days a week when you really don’t have to deal with clients personal information
