Too many task and shorter timeline. Not having skilled team to fulfill the requirements. Employee benefits like Medical Insurance and Term Life insurance which is to be paid by employees. Salary not as per market standards.

Even after having Work from home policy of Company, we have to get multiple approvals from practice head, manager even if they approve HR are worst, they will just drag thing and not approve any exception. There are no projects who are long term and if you are released from project they will just force you to join any worst project.Overall, this company have worst culture to work. Job Security, work life balance are two main factors to stay long at this organization which takes a big headache out of our mind. Next thing is the learning opportunities, which are immense and one can easily switch from one field/technology/Domain to another. And forgot, mentorship is good and the support from the seniors is good as well.

The salary growth and bonus is the only weak point. It's actually not that bad, but when the organization is competing with Big4, it lacks in the finance section.
