On paper policies are flexi but not when it's applicable for employees on real time
There are many reasons not for company but yea for what management I worked with 1- I had worst experience interns of current project managers. They did not stand on the role which has accountability of people. Always been sarcastic, Taunting , humiliating 2- they have literally torfhereed and harrassed me from last 5 mins my total tenure is only 8 months with LTI Mindtree 3- no value for people who are working for the process and for them. I'm never appreciated in last 8 months but yes torchered everyday every minute 4 - if you're not a people pleaser you re replaceable within a min this I first time.experienced in my overall 17 yrs of career 5 - I ve given daily 15 to 16 productive work hrs on daily basis but the reason which gave while putting me bench is I had unavailability issues this u can cross verify with my teams + my teams and productive records 6 - I ve shared my medical documents what severe conditions I'm going through still I'm forced to report to work and to commute to work location it takes 2.5 hrs one way but the emails which I shared was never acknowledged, not even showed basic humanity rather than helping they gave me option of night shift and constant floor availablity. I'm a single mother of 9 yr old kid and taking responsibility all alone + managing work of 15/16 hrs without any complaints but I ve never being values or cared 7 - I'm diabetes , insomnia, spondilysys , Anemia, high stress levels and cholesterol patient and now been detecged with polyp after having severe medical still working managing all alone. But I'm being constantly harrased and torched by my . management and forced me to work with timings which will impact my health badly. Not a single time my manager had a normal or healthy conversation with me it was just ask demands and questions and targeting throughout Kindly please check on employee mental and physical health as we expect that only. If the environment is healthy and freedom is given to people work more efficiently. Please provide option to choose convenient location to work as per requirement of employee so they can fullfill wfo criteria. Kindly stop this toxic work cultures as people are really suffering they already have so many things going on in their lives ensure we r taking care of that too. Only the Name. After merger, this company has become worse. Even call centres work culture is far better than this.
Cafetaria food extremely pathetic, No feedback mechanism, and even if feedback is given it will not be worked upon. No Payroll system. So any salary discrepancy can not be addressed upto your satisfaction. Employee satisfaction is not at all the priority. Your family is not their problem. Even if your parent is on death bed. Senior level management will know everything but will pretend as nothing. Nothing is systematic. If you request even for a shift change, your project can be changed or you can be put on bench. Job Security, work life balance are two main factors to stay long at this organization which takes a big headache out of our mind. Next thing is the learning opportunities, which are immense and one can easily switch from one field/technology/Domain to another. The day when I joined LTIMindtree I was so happy I thought I have beed tagged to application project.they have mentioned about the skills css and html for Browser. Ohh dear don't think css is cascading style sheets it is customer service support I was directly tagged to this project and they have not informed about the project clearly during the interview when I asked the question from my side at the end they said you will get to know Also, the management is worst not good the female or male employees Mangement will judge on your looks rather than your talent. Job security is less. If you are on the bench for more than 2 months than they will forcefully ask you to resign and leave the organization within 1 month. Projects are not really good here as per my experience. You won't achieve personal growth in this company.
