If no work is allocated by company or if a person is not playing a big role, the release should be done in 15 days along with paying compensation of earned leaves

In LTIMindtree, there is flexibility in work and team is cooperative and approachable.
Multiple changes in appraisal cycle in past 2-3 years. Compensation benefits is not much satisfactory, extra perks not available. Deductions are more and in hand salary is less.

I like the Hybrid work policy that's currently in place, gives me flexibility to work and maintain work life balance.
I dislike the Sick leave policy, which is only useful for very few rare situations, hence lacking empathy towards people who may fall sick for just one day (which is mostly the case) and this forces us to use our Annual leaves instead, which is not fair. The pay is not up to market standards as well, wish that was corrected.

No skip level meetings, no transperancy of work to the senior managers and management, poor appraisals, logged in after the shift timings 3-4 times in a week. Work dissatisfaction and bad culture. If any candidate is joined on contract, then the candidate is kept on contract for atleast 3-4 years, later you are hired as a retainer employee (where the employee and employer PF is not being contributed) and the candidate is kept on retainer for 2-3 years. There is no job security. Even after they give you hybrid at the time of joining but after joining it will change to work from office, 5 days a week.
After joining the company you have to give minimum 2 round of interview to get client project. And after clearing the client interview most of the position will put on hold or cancelled. If you are a new joiner after 6 months they will ask you to leave.

I did not like anything there is no job security. In this company very few projects are there difficult to get the project because resources is more and requirement is very less. and after completing the 90 days on bench HR will force you to resign. which is unexpected.

This is the worst organization I have ever seen in my overall experience. There is nothing to like about this organization. Everyone here is fooling others nd not at all supportive. No project no work no job security and even worst is management.
Everyone please never join Ltimindtree they are losing projects and hiring 100 times employees which is creating very toxic environment for employees who are on bench and hr treat them like they don't exist only. They will not respond to your mail nor messages nor will they give clarity on term and policy and this is how they are wasting precious time of your career.

That it is in hybrid mode and the work is okay
There is no professionalism within the manager and leads, they will offboard you without any notice, even if you are the critical resource and upon asking the reason they dont even say the reason and on even if you are on your vacation they put you on bench and only 2 months before you find yourself another project, and if you are unlucky then your employment will be terminated as well

It really depends on the project you are allocated to and the team that you are working with. I got a great and supportive team. I have greater flexibility in working hours since our client is US based. Get to learn and explore a lot of new stuff.
The company is very bad at giving increments. There have been delays in giving the increment and even then, it is a joke. There is support from the Higher management when asked for the same.

For MS projects we receive 80 rs for free food the only good thing here and yes ofcourse free cabs for shifts
The day when I joined LTIMindtree I was so happy I thought I have beed tagged to application project.they have mentioned about the skills css and html for Browser. Ohh dear don't think css is cascading style sheets it is customer service support I was directly tagged to this project and they have not informed about the project clearly during the interview when I asked the question from my side at the end they said you will get to know Also, the management is worst not good the female or male employees Mangement will judge on your looks rather than your talent.
