No job security for freshers. No work life balance for freshers. Trainees will be terminated if they don't clear "Milestones" every 15 work days. For me, Dislike about working at LTIMindtree is, They don't provide food especially in Cafetaria where they'll 45rs for the snaks, that too within the time limit (6:45 to 7:30) If it is available for whole day, then more people will get benefited.
