Working on shifts were not mentioned on interview. New joiners don't get option to choose projects or shifts. Inter department shifting or promotion is difficult. No work life balance. Encourage to hustle and pick up call 24*7 and 365 days. Layoffs and no recognition.

Good hiring process, you get hired immediately and company does not waste time on issuing the offer letters. Offices are standardized and you receive good gifts from the company.
No skip level meetings, no transperancy of work to the senior managers and management, poor appraisals, logged in after the shift timings 3-4 times in a week. Work dissatisfaction and bad culture. If any candidate is joined on contract, then the candidate is kept on contract for atleast 3-4 years, later you are hired as a retainer employee (where the employee and employer PF is not being contributed) and the candidate is kept on retainer for 2-3 years. Micromanagement and no Hybrid policy. I was told when I joined that it was hybrid but that soon changed. In service desk there should be flexibility to work from home too at least 2 days a week when you really don’t have to deal with clients personal information
