No work life balance at all. 90 hr work week is for real. Salary is very less for the amount of work load. No Skill development and growth at all. No career growth. Really frustrating environment. Everyone please never join Ltimindtree they are losing projects and hiring 100 times employees which is creating very toxic environment for employees who are on bench and hr treat them like they don't exist only.
