Being a customer service based industry company, if client is good then all good but still sometimes if all good typical Indian mentality oriented management/leads intervane unnecessarily in the project and disturbs overall project environment. In some Business units some of management/leads have made their own syndicate, and if any new joiner joins in the project /team they starts ragging/irritating to them by calling/emailing to anytime irrespective of business hours , partiality between thier own buddies & newly joined resources & ultimately will tend to resource to resign or abscond...Read More

Nothing .. no one replying you over email also.. getting project is one of the difficult.. they don’t have enough project but they hiring tons of resources and at the end they will give you the project of different skill.. if you ask them to release then they will not reply you back .. if you don’t follow their words then they will not approve your timesheet.. so before joining thing twice

Work life balance. Culture is good. Work load is less which will help you to focus on building skills in free time other than project work. Various good training are available.

Dislikes

Job security is less. If you are on the bench for more than 2 months than they will forcefully ask you to resign and leave the organization within 1 month. Projects are not really good here as per my experience. You won't achieve personal growth in this company.

Brham Sudharshan is one of the worst team leads I have ever seen. He constantly micromanages everyone, even freshers, to the point where they also complain about him. He behaves as if he is the manager or even the CEO of the company.
