Being a customer service based industry company, if client is good then all good but still sometimes if all good typical Indian mentality oriented management/leads intervane unnecessarily in the project and disturbs overall project environment. Work life balance. Culture is good. Work load is less which will help you to focus on building skills in free time other than project work. Various good training are available.
Job security is less. If you are on the bench for more than 2 months than they will forcefully ask you to resign and leave the organization within 1 month. Projects are not really good here as per my experience. You won't achieve personal growth in this company.

Working Hours . 2 days wfo. Free snacks after 6 pm. Good onsite opportunity.
1. Company was very good when it was mindtree, Company culture collapsed after L&T merger. 2. SAP practise is worst , no hikes, no profit, no promotions. 3. Senior management never respond to any concerns. No response in teams or email. 4. Poor alignment within verticals and lot of politics and conflict between mindtree and LnT folks ultimately impacting employees career progress.
