I don't have a particular to say about entire company but the project where i am working is where satisfied more.

Dislikes

As many comment promotions and hikes are major blockers and a lot of engaging activities like sports, Individual account or team meets has no where to see.

Dislikes

I do expect better Annual Hikes, even though we got good rating, hikes are purely depending on interaction with the manager. In service-based organization, when we work closely with client, Feedback from Client should be valued the most, instead of personal interaction with reporting manger.

It has good work-life balance,and one gets opportunities to grow and learn. We get free cab service and complimentary snacks and food for shift employees. The managers (in my current project ) are really supportive and help in resolving all issues.

Dislikes

Once we are on bench, the bench manager,HR and learning representatives don’t support much.They don’t even reply until it’s very end of the bench period just to show bare minimum effort. The appraisals since the merger with Mindtree have been really low and it’s a bit demoralising.

HAve been part of the LTIMindtree from past 3 years and so far its been a wonderful journey. they are trying to bring policies to balance work and personal life in a better way. most of the policies are employee friendly. have been supportive especially during covid times. so far i would say its a good ride and not a roller coaster ride.

for the resource who are part of the company from a long time they tend not to give promotion and salary hike as per the industry standards which i think is a major drawback if they want to retain talented and key resources in the company who can directly influence client to bring more project and resources

There are some likes if not none for learning opportunity by applying to courses.

There is a lot to dislike. The promotions are really bad. Compensation to work ratio is very poor and you will always feel under paid. You can sell samosa and earn more than working here. The managers know that you should be promoted and your compensation should be revised but they will not do it.

I am working in this company from October 5, 2015, I got good visibility in my project, good team and every year LTI conducted cricket before corona, so we got so many friends, and we interacted so many peoples.

Dislikes

The cricket tournament stopped after corona, so every year if we start again the cricket game in our company that would be great.
