The appraisal cycle is very bad, the appraisal cycle should be in April but for the last 2 years, the hike is being given at the end of November without arrear and it is very low 2-5%. Many freshers have joined for Rs. 4 lakhs, package for those with 3 years experience is less than Rs. 5 lakhs. Areas of Improvement: The Appraisal Process is slow and needs to be changed HR Policies are not Employee friendly Medical Claims-Domiciliary claims should be introduced. and every year employee needs to add Dependent which is pathetic. Every Year Dependent link can be enabled to add or edit , but the Existing policy should not be reset

Now I am not liking anything about LTIMindtree, when it was Mindtree Ltd. it was much more lovable company to work with.
Hike, main concern is hike. Even though I am top performer, I expected I will get good hike but LTIMindtree is not interested to give hike at all, we literally have to beg and fight for increasing hike percentage. Moreover, hike cycle always they jumped from April month to July and in 2024 they shifted to October. And they didn't had shame to eat our money and don't give us as Arrear. In 2023, they ate 3 months Arrear and in 2024 they ate 6 months Arrear....Read More
