Company is good at its work life balance culture. Where most of the organization are asked for 5 days work from office, the LTI is still working on Hybrid mode. Salary and benefits are good. Employees are given opportunity to upgrade themselves

Dislikes

Appraisals and Job Security. The Higher manager does tries best for allocate the Projects but sometimes it's not in their hand also if there are no projects. The employee is given 60 days Bench time to find the projects post that if the project is not allocated the employee is asked to resign.

Even after working hard for 3 years , I have not received any good hikes or promotion. Didn't find any good senior professional acting as a mentor. They only try to pull you down and affect your mental stability

Although bench policy is of 6 month but within 2 months HR will tell you that we don't have much opportunities inside our organisation try to search outside and ask about the resignation Poor management Terrible company to join as a lateral as they don't have much project.
