The encouragement and support from Managers in my Business Unit in LTIMindtree is very good. LTIMindtree is a very supportive workplace environment.

Dislikes

No major dislikes. Company is very good. But however, it would be better if the yearly increments are given a little higher.

Personally speaking, I got to work on different tech stack, so the experience of learning/developing the skillset was decent enough. Apart from that, I was handed a promotion within 2 years, so the appraisals are also good as of now. Cab service is a plus point for certain shifts (the one that I work in)

Dislikes

The management of resources within a project especially if you are a good one (no offense to anyone) is messed up, the work load is humongous. And they try to pull you into other client accounts without any proper compensations, and grind out your hours/efforts. Food at office premise definitely needs to improve

One of my worst decisions ever to join this. Its been 1 month i have joined and i am so badly harassed and tortured every day by the team. After complaining to hr the hr here is the most biased. All the team and hr team has ganged up and now harrasing altogether. Being on bench is worst then being a criminal in lti. HR tries to prove the problems which i am facing is due to my personal problems and the actual problems which i am facing are not even discussed.. i am being told this is one of the best BU but it is actually the worst. They treat you as slave. 2 days wfo policy is there but told that you have to come 3 days ti office and if you dont come your leave will be cut. When discussed this with hr the hr changes the topic. The politics here is stronger then our governments politics. Being new in this organization makes people think that we own her. They have no respect and care. LTIMindtree offers greater work life balance and it also gives chance to enhance own skills in various domain and also offers flexibility in working timings.

For me, Dislike about working at LTIMindtree is, They don't provide food especially in Cafetaria where they'll 45rs for the snaks, that too within the time limit (6:45 to 7:30) If it is available for whole day, then more people will get benefited.

Mostly a secure job and no confusions on salary and leaves. Good place to learn professional IT working and software skill set for initial 2 years.

Dislikes

90% projects are boring support projects. Too much micromanagement occurs thus employee not aware what image manager has of him. Bench period is very erratic and slow to provide projects.

There are opportunities to improve on talent retention. Appraisal cycles are erratic and decisions pertaining to compensation are often too long drawn.

Company is having many benefits and then forget about the current employees who helped to achieve the success. People who are working from a long time won't get much hikes/appraisals, but rather they pay x3 times to an outsider who is joining newly. That doesn't make sense.

I joined LTIMindtree as fresher and its being a hell of journey. I have completed 2 project and almost worked 10-12 hours in days along with weekend work. I have learnt alot but pressure wise its way alot for fresher. No on time appraisal my appraisal got delayed by 6 months without compensating.
