Got to learn SAP 4 HANA

Talent Acquisition team plays with candidate career, they take interview for one role and place candidate in a lower role everytime. HR do not response properly as well. Managers are not co-operative. No human emotions in LTI management. People are not getting leaves if they are unwell. L&T and LTIMindtree is totally different in terms of their work culture and employee job security. Don't go just for the sake of L&T. They only say we are doing hybrid mode but the people are not getting even one of WFH even they are sick. For me they took interview for Billing Supervisor and provided role for Sr. Billing Analyst by saying they don't have Supervisor role at the last moment and ask to leave if you can't continue. They don't provide hike as well to any employee HR only say they will provide but at last moment they ditch the employees. They mostly target employees who have career gap or who are serving notice period because those people will join at their terms they will not wait people to serve notice period and put them on hold....Read More

Lack of communication from Leadership when they postponed annual appraisal cycle Only communication came was from a news leak. Avoidance by all HR & Senior leadership to treat employees with respect and reveal the plans on postponing appraisal for increasing the profitability of company. There are no clear roadmap and guidance on the Career growth and roadmap. We are loosing more talented associates than the poor performers. This is giving opportunities for the other set of team members to stay back here just to sustain the situation. We are operating the same for the past 4 years. Virtual teams/ groups available and opportunists are given only to the known people. Domestic Travel restrictions and we are unable to meet the larger teams in the other location. Dislikes

Hikes can be given more to outstanding resources and who have maintained outstanding ratings during their tenure. Acknowledgement of individual in Organisation's awards & recognition portal would be more encouraging instead of appreciating generally within a team.

Policies have became very strict after the merger any personal or emergency situations arises they’ll force you to resign there will be no LOP or sabbatical option will be given to you. No projects for the skills learned we learn one thing we do the other things here irrelevant to the technology learned all goes to vain

If you take early releiveing of 30 days with 30+ leaves also Payroll team deduct more money even by encashing leaves and no proper update in full and final settlement. And no proper update from HR team on deduction. Totally unfair...very disappointed Dear folks whoever wants early early releiveing please get the letter confirming on settlement and resign.

Good Organization and here work environment is ok. And depend on requirement you will get opportunity, otherwise wait for opportunity whenever its available, If our luck is good then I will get opportunity within a time line otherwise you can be outside as per policy.
