Nothing, I'm waiting for opportunities to move out of this.
They won't even give minimum hike for their employees, no promotions even after 2,3 years also. Simply they'll use you and don't give any kind of recognition, I would suggest to people that not to join in this organisation.

I got into really good team with great colleagues and good managers. Job security is good till you are in project. But there'll be 60 working days of bench period if not on any project
Could have given negative or 0 stars for salary benifits and hikes. Forget about good appraisals or promotions. Promotions are just for sake of designation without any monetary benefits. You'll get to hear about all expected jargons and blunders like "external factors" and budget. There'll be no consideration of the amount of efforts you're putting in. Hikes will be arbitrary figures without considering anyone's efforts or contribution. HRs are just for sake of designation. Great place to work. All the managers I have been involved with are very understanding and supportive. There are a lot of learning opportunities since we get access to a lot of courses and there are some regular mandatory courses in-line to the tech stack to keep yourself refreshed on your knowledge.
Better appraisals would have been better. Felt the hike was not justified for the rating.

LTIMindtree TOP LEADERSHIP is running behind Revenue Growth alone. When projects are not available employees are asked to resign, even without providing any project Opportunities. For Employees not ready to resign due to project unavailability, HR will have a separate call and explain on how their career will change if the employeedont resign. Opportunity for cross training is very very limited and employee ready to cross train and work is limited to known circle personnel's. Promotions & Appraisals doesn't look very straight forward. Hike Percentage is very Low (Despite of TOP Ratings). Technical evaluation process for certain grade of employees happens in such a way, that So called Senior employee who evaluates the employee will try to prove that "Senior Employee" is always superior, and the guy who gives the evaluation should always be less knowledgeable. The management is trying to help the employees by providing opportunities to the learning, working on POCs, getting engaged in the company activities even though employees are working remotely 3 days a week and from multiple locations. It creates a positive vibe within the project and company.
The health insurance policy because it does not include the parents and the top up options are expensive for them. Sometimes we don't get seats at the office premises and hence it creates a problem. The seats are either not available or filled. Please do something on this. If possible, start shuttle services as well.
