This is the worst organization I have ever seen in my overall experience. There is nothing to like about this organization. Everyone here is fooling others nd not at all supportive. No project no work no job security and even worst is management.

Dislikes

Everyone please never join Ltimindtree they are losing projects and hiring 100 times employees which is creating very toxic environment for employees who are on bench and hr treat them like they don't exist only. They will not respond to your mail nor messages nor will they give clarity on term and policy and this is how they are wasting precious time of your career.

There is no professionalism within the manager and leads, they will offboard you without any notice, even if you are the critical resource and upon asking the reason they dont even say the reason and on even if you are on your vacation they put you on bench and only 2 months before you find yourself another project, and if you are unlucky then your employment will be terminated as well

It really depends on the project you are allocated to and the team that you are working with. I got a great and supportive team. I have greater flexibility in working hours since our client is US based. Get to learn and explore a lot of new stuff.

Dislikes

The company is very bad at giving increments. There have been delays in giving the increment and even then, it is a joke. There is support from the Higher management when asked for the same.

Excellent experience with LTIMindtree Ltd. I've had pleasure of working here for the past three years. Good for experienced professionals and beginners. The development team members has welth of knowledge and talented individuals.

For MS projects we receive 80 rs for free food the only good thing here and yes ofcourse free cabs for shifts

The day when I joined LTIMindtree I was so happy I thought I have beed tagged to application project.they have mentioned about the skills css and html for Browser. Ohh dear don't think css is cascading style sheets it is customer service support I was directly tagged to this project and they have not informed about the project clearly during the interview when I asked the question from my side at the end they said you will get to know Also, the management is worst not good the female or male employees Mangement will judge on your looks rather than your talent. Policies are not employee orientated. Work mode is not employee orientated. You have to find a project by yourself to work on. It is hard to reach to manager or HR. Despite of so many pings and emails, I'm not getting response on time. Job security is not good.

After merge between Mindtree and L&T. Revised policy After merger is very bad and not Employee friendly. 60 Months bench policy is pathetic if you did not get any project, HR will call you and apply papers forcefully.

Inside company always plays politics and if we come to bench then gone, we are struggling to get project. We have to begging to the Work Force management to show projects, I never seen this type of culture in any company, ideally if the person come to bench they have to assign projects to people, forcefully they are moving people's to outside.

Now I am not liking anything about LTIMindtree, when it was Mindtree Ltd. it was much more lovable company to work with.

Hike, main concern is hike. Even though I am top performer, I expected I will get good hike but LTIMindtree is not interested to give hike at all, we literally have to beg and fight for increasing hike percentage. Moreover, hike cycle always they jumped from April month to July and in 2024 they shifted to October. And they didn't had shame to eat our money and don't give us as Arrear. There's lots of focus on Skill development with the latest technologies such as Gen AI, Copilot, Azure Cloud Services, Cosmos DB apart from regular learning of core technologies like Dotnet core, Web API and so on. There's is work life balance and work satisfaction. Domain knowledge needs a little more brush up across the firm.
