The encouragement and support from Managers in my Business Unit in LTIMindtree is very good. LTIMindtree is a very supportive workplace environment.

Personally speaking, I got to work on different tech stack, so the experience of learning/developing the skillset was decent enough. Apart from that, I was handed a promotion within 2 years, so the appraisals are also good as of now. Cab service is a plus point for certain shifts (the one that I work in)
The management of resources within a project especially if you are a good one (no offense to anyone) is messed up, the work load is humongous. And they try to pull you into other client accounts without any proper compensations, and grind out your hours/efforts. Food at office premise definitely needs to improve

One of my worst decisions ever to join this. Its been 1 month i have joined and i am so badly harassed and tortured every day by the team. After complaining to hr the hr here is the most biased. All the team and hr team has ganged up and now harrasing altogether. Being on bench is worst then being a criminal in lti. HR tries to prove the problems which i am facing is due to my personal problems and the actual problems which i am facing are not even discussed.. i am being told this is one of the best BU but it is actually the worst. They treat you as slave. 2 days wfo policy is there but told that you have to come 3 days ti office and if you dont come your leave will be cut. When discussed this with hr the hr changes the topic. The politics here is stronger then our governments politics. Being new in this organization makes people think that we own her. They have no respect and care. If you take early releiveing of 30 days with 30+ leaves also Payroll team deduct more money even by encashing leaves and no proper update in full and final settlement. And no proper update from HR team on deduction. Totally unfair...very disappointed Dear folks whoever wants early early releiveing please get the letter confirming on settlement and resign.
