The encouragement and support from Managers in my Business Unit in LTIMindtree is very good. LTIMindtree is a very supportive workplace environment.

Dislikes

No major dislikes. Company is very good. But however, it would be better if the yearly increments are given a little higher.

Personally speaking, I got to work on different tech stack, so the experience of learning/developing the skillset was decent enough. Apart from that, I was handed a promotion within 2 years, so the appraisals are also good as of now. Cab service is a plus point for certain shifts (the one that I work in)

Dislikes

The management of resources within a project especially if you are a good one (no offense to anyone) is messed up, the work load is humongous. And they try to pull you into other client accounts without any proper compensations, and grind out your hours/efforts. Food at office premise definitely needs to improve

One of my worst decisions ever to join this. Its been 1 month i have joined and i am so badly harassed and tortured every day by the team. After complaining to hr the hr here is the most biased. All the team and hr team has ganged up and now harrasing altogether. Being on bench is worst then being a criminal in lti. HR tries to prove the problems which i am facing is due to my personal problems and the actual problems which i am facing are not even discussed.. i am being told this is one of the best BU but it is actually the worst. They treat you as slave. 2 days wfo policy is there but told that you have to come 3 days ti office and if you dont come your leave will be cut. When discussed this with hr the hr changes the topic. The politics here is stronger then our governments politics. Being new in this organization makes people think that we own her. They have no respect and care. They just bother about getting into billable projects....Read More

Micromanagement and no Hybrid policy. I was told when I joined that it was hybrid but that soon changed. In service desk there should be flexibility to work from home too at least 2 days a week when you really don’t have to deal with clients personal information

The management lacks professionalism in treating women. The work environment feels similar to a call center, and the majority of employees belong to a specific community(mini Pakistan) I was hired as a Network Engineer, but after joining the company, I was assigned to an Application Support role. So, I needed to take half a day off,right? I practically begged Anirban, my manager, but he was a real pain. I finally had to tell him I was on my period and in pain to get him to let me go home. Good culture and rule and hierarchy based company, defined work and good job security, give ample time to select the best opportunity and also helps in upskiling

Delivery of projects are very poor, no fixed goals to achieve, weak discussion in promotions and compensation, saves money in every small things, change in delivery if client ask for changes without well defined procedure, not following any framework for working (at least in my project). Evey poor promotion cycle and hikes

There is nothing to like about this company, everyone here is just really unprofessional and incompetent to wok in fast paced environment especially HR department. They are just frustrating for real.

No work life balance at all. 90 hr work week is for real. Salary is very less for the amount of work load. No Skill development and growth at all. No career growth. Really frustrating environment. 1. Everything. Management is inefficient. They do Nothing beyond approving timesheets and buttering clients. 2. Work Force Management team is absolutely pathetic, unaware, non knowledgeble and worst. They will screw your career. Beware of NAMRATA SARASWAT, ANKIT DEBNATH. These morons are expert in destroying anybody's career by not followingthe proper allocation process. They can't even write JD in simple English. 3. Policies are not at all Employee friendly. 4. Company has only Support, Maintenance, Enhancement and mostly Migration projects which offer no learning. 5. Appraisals and salary hike can never be expected here even after having best rating. 6. Agile is not followed in any project. Tools are pathetic and outdated. No properprocess, documentation and communication in any project. 7. Extra hours working, weekend working remain unpaid.
