Last two years, they have delayed the appraisal in the name of merger. Now, they are sync the appraisal cycle of LTI and Mindtree. So, the employees of Mindtree will not get appraisal from April instead they will apply it from July. Robbing employees 3 months of increment. On top of that, they still haven't released the new appraisal letter. They said they send the letter in August which means we have to wait for appraisal till September....Read More

It depends on project to project. From my experience, I like work-life balance, skill development sessions, and company culture.
Comparatively lower salaries, less annual salary hike, less promotions, frequent change in management and gap between management and employees.

Hybrid policy, for new Joiners after 60-90 days, they will not allow Hybrid. If you are not allocated to the project.
They will hire employee even they are not having opportunities, if they don't get any opportunity in future 3-4 months, HR will ask to resign and they will not allow Hybrid if you are on Bench, whoever is high aging on Bench and not getting any projects for their current location then Manager/WFM team will force to relocate to other locations/cities where the opportunities are available.

Working on shifts were not mentioned on interview. New joiners don't get option to choose projects or shifts. Inter department shifting or promotion is difficult. No work life balance. Encourage to hustle and pick up call 24*7 and 365 days. Layoffs and no recognition.
