Even after having Work from home policy of Company, we have to get multiple approvals from practice head, manager even if they approve HR are worst, they will just drag thing and not approve any exception. There are no projects who are long term and if you are released from project they will just force you to join any worst project.Overall, this company have worst culture to work. I really enjoy working here because of the constant exposure to cutting-edge technology like Gen-AI, Quantum computing, cloud computing etc. and innovative projects. Collaborative work environment is fantastic.

Resource allocation process needs to be improved as well as sick leave policy.

Work culture and work-life balance is very good, It is very peaceful to work at LTIMindtree. Office environment is excellent and motivate to work at office more than WFH.

Dislikes

Main concern is salary hikes and promotions, every time when we get hikes they are not motivating us to work and it is below the market standards.

The company culture is good and the atmosphere is nice. Both ways cab and free meals.

Micromanagement and no Hybrid policy. I was told when I joined that it was hybrid but that soon changed. In service desk there should be flexibility to work from home too at least 2 days a week when you really don’t have to deal with clients personal information

No work life balance, no hikes ,no growth, forcing to come 5days office even on weekends. Rotational shift. They force to come to office even on odd shifts. They don't consider for female employee also. Made wrong decision to join here.
