Even after having Work from home policy of Company, we have to get multiple approvals from practice head, manager even if they approve HR are worst, they will just drag thing and not approve any exception. There are no projects who are long term and if you are released from project they will just force you to join any worst project.Overall, this company have worst culture to work. Micromanagement and no Hybrid policy. I was told when I joined that it was hybrid but that soon changed. In service desk there should be flexibility to work from home too at least 2 days a week when you really don’t have to deal with clients personal information

I appreciate the ₹80 compensation daily and the hybrid work model.
The management lacks professionalism in treating women. The work environment feels similar to a call center, and the majority of employees belong to a specific community(mini Pakistan) I was hired as a Network Engineer, but after joining the company, I was assigned to an Application Support role. So, I needed to take half a day off,right? I practically begged Anirban, my manager, but he was a real pain. I finally had to tell him I was on my period and in pain to get him to let me go home.
